Q.What’ s the minimum subscription I have to opt ? I need a combination meal how do I do that
3 day subscription of each meal has to be booked, you can select choose days (mon/wed/fri) and the days you want the particular meals you can choose between veg and non veg options too..


Q. Can I cancel my meals ? How much time in prior can I cancel? Will I be charged for cancelled meals?
Yes, you can cancel by login to the portal and cancelling the orders where the cancelled meal amount reflects back in the wallet and you can re schedule your order again. 
Or 
Simply call/SMS us before 8 a.m a day in  for lunch and 2 p.m for dinner do mention your name in the message Is compulsory.You will be  not be charged for the meal unless you ask us to cancel after the given time limit. 

Q. Payment policy ? Renewals?
Balanced meal Service will not give any meals on credit. Once the customer's advance payment is exhausted the meal will be stopped after giving prior intimation to the customer. No reasons on the part of the customer would be entertained in this regard. 


Q. How long do I have to utilize my meals ?
3 meals and  5 meals within 10 days and 10 and  more meals within 1.5 month.


Q.How often you revise your menu?
We revise our menu on monthly basis.
